Android Software Engineer (Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Android Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing fintech platform. You will help create high‑quality mobile experiences for a rapidly expanding user base, working closely with product, design and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Android applications with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly features.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code following best practices.
• Optimise application performance, stability and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams on system architecture and data flows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) and/or Java.
• Experience building consumer‑facing apps, preferably in fintech, payments or e‑commerce.
