Application Support Development Consultant – Project Coordinator (Digital Transformation)

About the role

This position provides project management and administrative support to the Project Manager for Digital Transformation and AI initiatives in Qatar. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple Digital Transformation and AI projects.
• Track schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on tasks.
• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PIDs, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Support governance activities by maintaining trackers, repositories, and reporting artefacts.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain collaboration sites using SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience supporting project delivery in Digital Transformation, IT, or business projects.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
