Applications & DevOps Consultant

About the role

The Applications & DevOps Consultant is responsible for post‑sales activities, assessing solution specifications against evolving customer needs, and designing on‑premises or cloud migration solutions. The role blends infrastructure expertise with application development to deliver scalable, highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Run, manage and close proof‑of‑concepts (POC) and request‑for‑proposals (RFP) from a presales and implementation perspective.
• Help customers architect scalable, highly available applications leveraging Microsoft services.
• Act as a technical consultant alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams.
• Implement DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment.
• Participate in design, development, review and testing for application and data modernization.
• Ensure data storage and processing comply with security policies and cloud‑security best practices.
• Provide deep software architecture knowledge, identify and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
• Create and execute roadmaps to modernize applications and migrate them to Azure using ARM, Azure Policy, Blueprints and integrated deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to internal R&D projects and maintain compliance with security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer.
• Experience building AI proofs‑of‑concept or production‑ready AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies is preferred.
