About the role
We are seeking a professional Arabic‑speaking Secretary to support our management team with a full range of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, highly organized, and able to manage correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks, including phone, email, and inquiry management.
- Prepare, draft, translate, and manage Arabic and English correspondence, letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for the management team.
- Maintain office files, records, reports, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external parties.
- Assist with document control, data entry, scanning, filing, and report preparation.
- Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and follow‑ups for management.
- Ensure smooth office communication and daily workflow.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Locally available in Qatar.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
