Arabic‑Speaking Travel Consultant – Visa Expertise

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Travel Consultant to join our Doha office. The successful candidate will guide clients through the full travel planning process, with a special focus on visa requirements and documentation for a variety of destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with itinerary planning, holiday package selection, and bookings.
• Provide expert advice on visa regulations, application procedures, and required documentation.
• Process visa applications, ensure completeness, and submit them to embassies, consulates, or visa centres.
• Follow up on application status with authorities and keep clients informed.
• Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, travel insurance, transfers, and other travel services.
• Prepare customized quotations and holiday packages based on client needs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in‑person consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Visa Consultant, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of international visa processes and documentation.
• Experience with holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, and overall travel operations.
• Currently residing in Qatar.

Required skills

• Amadeus reservation and ticketing system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
