Architect – Banking Business Analysis

About the role
The Architect will work within QNB’s corporate and institutional banking divisions, focusing on business analysis, process mapping and the design of operating models to support coverage and client management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRS/BRDs), develop user stories, and create process maps and operating model documentation.
- Manage stakeholders across coverage, relationship management, product, operations, risk, compliance and finance functions to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory frameworks.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, strong analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of banking products, coverage models, wholesale banking data flows and architecture.
Required skills
- Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting platforms.
