Architectural Engineer – Project Management & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects from concept through handover. The role combines project management expertise with strong architectural knowledge to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural and interior fit‑out projects from planning to final handover.
• Coordinate daily activities among clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, materials and project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, site progress and deliverables.
• Attend client and site meetings, prepare and present project updates.
• Identify risks, delays and technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Represent the company in professional videos, social media content and site presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to explain project details and construction stages clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in Doha, Qatar, on architectural project management and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, finishing materials, technical drawings and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant architectural and project management software.
