Architectural Inspector

About the role

The Architectural Inspector will be based on‑site in Muaither, carrying out daily inspections to ensure that construction work complies with approved drawings, local building codes, and safety standards. This temporary position requires close collaboration with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to maintain high quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct building and site inspections to verify compliance with plans and regulations.
• Review architectural elements, structural work, and plumbing installations for safety and code adherence.
• Document findings, prepare clear inspection reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve non‑compliance issues and follow up on remedial work.
• Support code enforcement activities and contribute to overall project quality assurance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in building and site inspections.
• Proficiency in code enforcement and the ability to interpret local building regulations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing inspection for safety and compliance.
• Relevant qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (beneficial).
• Prior on‑site inspection experience in architectural or construction projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, report‑writing ability, and communication skills.
