About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is looking for an Assistant Banquet Manager to support the Ladies Wedding portfolio. You will work closely with the Banquet team to ensure flawless execution of wedding events and maintain the high standards of service expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure banquet staff work together as a cohesive team during wedding events.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, correcting any deficiencies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with guests and other employees to address needs and resolve issues.
