Assistant Guest Relation Manager

About the role

Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in a luxury five‑star environment, ensuring the highest standards throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, managing arrivals, departures and personalized assistance.
• Monitor daily arrivals, departures, reservations, VIP movements and special preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and complaints with professionalism and effective service recovery.
• Supervise, coach and motivate the Guest Relations team, monitor performance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Review guest satisfaction feedback and online reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office operations within a luxury hotel.
• Supervisory experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and guest engagement skills.
• Impeccable grooming, professional etiquette and refined approach to service.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate guest profiles and operational reports.
