About the role
Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail as an Assistant Recreation Manager. You will help create memorable wellness experiences for guests while supporting the daily operations of the health club, fitness centre, spa, and salon.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise health club, fitness centre, spa and salon operations in partnership with the Manager/Director.
- Train, schedule and lead team members across fitness, spa and guest‑service roles to ensure seamless, high‑quality service.
- Step into staff roles when needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality standards.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
