Assistant Server – Beach Club

About the role

The Server Assistant is a key member of the Food & Beverage team at the Makani Beach Club, delivering exceptional service and supporting the Food Server to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in delivering a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to Four Seasons specifications.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers and crumb tables.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays, to support the beach club operations.

Required profile

• General food knowledge and a degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
• Professional personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude and proficiency in spoken and written English.
