Assistant Server – Luxury Beachfront Resort

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant Server supports the Food Server in delivering a seamless dining experience at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. This onsite role involves clearing and resetting tables to Four Seasons standards while providing courteous service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and reset them neatly according to specifications.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and maintaining table settings.
• Assist with occasional weekend, night and holiday shifts as required.

Required profile

• Good personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

Required skills

• General food knowledge.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
