Assistant Server - Makani Beach Club

About the role

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, supporting the Food Server in delivering an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Key responsibilities

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware and refilling condiment containers.
• Refill crumbs tables.

Required profile

• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• General food knowledge.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
