Assistant Vice President – Lean Transformation

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Lean Transformation will support the SVP/VP in driving a cultural shift toward Lean thinking across QNB Group. Reporting to the Innovation department, the incumbent will lead and manage a portfolio of Lean and Six Sigma projects throughout the bank’s international network.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, execute, and implement operational excellence, re‑engineering and end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management standards and methodologies.
• Create and monitor metrics and KPIs to track performance and quality of improvement projects.
• Promote cost consciousness, efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste.
• Provide training and coaching on Lean methodology to designated multipliers within the organization.
• Partner with business units to lead customer‑focused process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of change management and KPI development.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
