Associate – Communications PMO

About the role

The Associate, Communications PMO will support business analysis activities, gathering reporting and dashboard requirements for the PMO and translating senior management needs into specifications. The role also ensures the project financial cycle aligns with QNB invoicing, billing and payment policies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and develop reporting and dashboard specifications for the PMO from various data sources.
• Translate senior management business requirements into actionable reporting specifications.
• Support the full project financial cycle, ensuring invoicing, billing and payments comply with bank and GCD policies.
• Contribute to consolidated budget forecasts, monitor expenditure and track efficiency.
• Assist in creating and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance and quality measurement.
• Implement KPI best practices and MIS reporting.
• Promote cost consciousness, productivity and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement goals, ensure operational excellence and budget control.
• Respond to internal and external customer queries regarding bank products and provide solutions.
• Maintain activities in line with Service Level Agreements to improve turnaround times.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with related departments to achieve group objectives.
