Associate Consultant

About the role

Egis, a global engineering and consulting firm, is looking for an Associate Consultant to support its aviation‑sector activities in the Middle East. The role will involve driving strategic initiatives, monitoring performance indicators and liaising with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse aviation sector KPIs, reviewing departmental performance and progress.
• Organise and lead regular meetings with technical departments (ANSP, regulatory) to advance strategic initiatives and resolve technical queries.
• Continuously assess and update operational and strategic KPIs in line with evolving business or regulatory conditions.
• Collaborate with initiative champions to define scopes of work for technical and business projects.
• Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly) strategy and operations MIS reports.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in the aviation sector or with aviation authorities.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving and forward‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and client‑service orientation.
• Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Strong academic background in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics from a top‑tier university.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
