About the role
The Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the acquisition, development and retention of corporate clients for HEC Paris Executive Education programmes across Qatar and the GCC. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth and building long‑term partnerships with B2B customers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and grow corporate revenue by managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new and existing corporate clients using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Identify market opportunities, sector expansions and account‑penetration levers.
- Prepare, validate and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts in coordination with faculty, legal and operations teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations with senior decision‑makers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate partnership development or executive education business development.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and delivering revenue targets.
- Strong ability to engage senior decision‑makers and influence corporate stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client‑centric solutions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
