About the role
The Banking Sales / Relationship Manager will lead the development and management of a portfolio of individual and corporate clients in Qatar. The role blends relationship management, advisory services, and solution‑oriented selling to generate revenue and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs.
- Offer tailored banking and investment solutions, including loans, deposits, wealth‑management products and digital banking services.
- Drive revenue through cross‑selling and up‑selling of banking products.
- Acquire new clients via networking, referrals and targeted business‑development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, resolving queries and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations, credit and compliance teams to guarantee smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts for compliance and risk, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities and performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback and pipeline status.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Qatar, preferably as a Banker or Relationship Manager.
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving business development.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and performance‑oriented with a strong earning mindset.
- Solid sales background with expertise in investment and wealth‑management products.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and professional advisory abilities.
