Barista – F&B Service Expert

About the role

As a Barista – F&B Service Expert you will create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests at Al Messila a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Doha. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service, from setting tables to delivering coffee and other drinks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle transactions and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
