About the role

Join the hospitality team at St. Regis Doha as a Barista, delivering memorable beverage experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment. You will be the face of the coffee and beverage service, ensuring each drink is crafted to the highest standards while providing exceptional guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and answering beverage‑related questions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to anticipate guest needs and support overall service excellence.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a coffee‑service or similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Professional appearance and commitment to a safe workplace.
