Bartender – Luxury Hotel Bar

About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Bartender, delivering premium beverage service in an upscale hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar, manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and cleaning.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale bar.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and other beverages.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
