Bartender – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while delivering a friendly and professional guest experience in a fast‑paced resort environment. The position offers the chance to work in a vibrant bar setting within a world‑class resort.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Interact with guests, provide drink recommendations and answer menu questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies and report shortages to management.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist team members with food service and special events as needed.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
