Bartender – Pool & Beach

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a dedicated Bartender for its pool and beach areas. You will prepare drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and deliver exceptional service to guests in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measuring systems.
• Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Handle cash, process payments, count bank at shift end, and complete cashier reports.
• Secure liquor, beer, wine storage and perform closing duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related bartending experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of drink recipes and measuring systems.
• Cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale operation.
