Bell Attendant

About the role

The Bell Attendant greets guests, assists with luggage, and ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information about hotel services, outlets, and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Perform shoeshine service, handling shoes from guest rooms, cleaning, polishing, and returning them.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a related field.
• Preferably holds a driver’s license.
• Excellent command of English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication.
• Basic Arabic communication (advantage).
