About the role
We are seeking a motivated Bid & Tender Coordinator to support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions. The role works closely with the Bid team and multiple departments to ensure proposals are organized, compliant and submitted on time.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and coordination of bid and tender submissions.
- Review RFPs, RFQs and tender documents to understand submission requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams to gather required information.
- Assist with the preparation and formatting of technical and commercial submissions.
- Maintain bid trackers, templates, documentation and submission records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years' experience in bids, tenders, proposals, contracts or commercial coordination.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
