Bid and Tender Coordinator

About the role

A client in Doha is seeking a Bid & Tender Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end process of preparing and submitting bids and tenders. The role requires close collaboration with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bid and tender submissions from initial review through final submission.
• Analyse RFPs, RFQs and tender documents to identify requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria.
• Gather inputs from cross‑functional teams and support the preparation and formatting of technical and commercial proposals.
• Verify submissions for completeness, accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
• Maintain bid trackers, templates, records and tender documentation.
• Monitor tender portals, identify new opportunities and assist with tender clarifications.
• Support senior bid team members on complex submissions and take ownership of smaller bids as experience grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in bids, tenders, proposals, contracts or commercial coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical services or facilities management is preferred.
• Previous experience in the GCC, particularly Qatar, is an advantage.
