Bilingual IT Help Desk Support (Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Helpdesk Technical Support professional to join our IT team in Doha. You will provide first‑line technical assistance, maintain hardware and software assets, and ensure smooth operation of the internal IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide help‑desk support via phone, email and chat, resolving tickets on a first‑in‑first‑out basis.
• Install, test and configure workstations, peripherals, mobile devices and software.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, licenses and end‑of‑life products.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of users, including data backup and access control.
• Configure Outlook, Office 365 applications, network printers, IP phones and conference room equipment.
• Monitor and report issues for escalation according to ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Document procedures, create training manuals and train staff on troubleshooting.
• Run reports to analyse common complaints and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM framework and experience with ticketing systems.
• Ability to work on‑site and respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
