About the role

As a Brand Manager you will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations of the brand store in Doha, driving sales, visual merchandising and guest experience while maintaining cost controls.

Key responsibilities

Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement brand vision, positioning and strategic plans to meet business goals.
Maintain daily operational reports and ensure high service standards through well‑trained staff.
Coordinate with visual merchandising to optimise space, stock and resource utilisation.
Monitor cost controls and suggest improvements to senior management.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandise Planning, Sales, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in luxury multi‑brand retail management.
Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with a focus on teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑motivated, confident and results‑oriented.
