About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. In this position you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Document functional, interface and non‑functional specifications.
- Prepare detailed test cases and support user acceptance testing.
- Handle first‑level queries from the business team and provide timely analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to verify that delivered software aligns with requirements.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of IT projects by applying best practices in requirements gathering.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands‑on experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
