Business Development Executive - Staffing & Outsourcing

About the role

Vistas Global is hiring a Business Development Executive in Qatar, reporting to the VP Business Services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients for staffing, recruitment and manpower outsourcing services and growing outsourcing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment and manpower outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand client workforce requirements.
• Propose suitable staffing solutions and prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and grow outsourcing revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing or workforce solutions.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation and revenue generation.
• Experience preparing proposals and closing contracts.
• Preferred: valid driving licence and Qatar market experience.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
