Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new revenue opportunities for our group in Qatar by identifying prospects, building relationships, and presenting our agency’s capabilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, understand their marketing challenges, and propose tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new clients through networking, research, events and referrals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and conduct market research to spot trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase agency value.
• Present proposals, address client questions, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Track business‑development activities, analyse sales data and report progress.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
