Business Development Manager

About the role

The company, a leader in luxury hospitality, events and brand development, is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth, elevate the brand and lead strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall operations and performance of the company.
• Continuously develop and elevate the company’s brand positioning.
• Research local and international luxury, hospitality, chocolate and event trends.
• Develop innovative products, services, collections and hospitality concepts.
• Identify new opportunities to keep the company distinctive and ahead of the market.
• Lead and develop teams while ensuring exceptional operational and service standards.
• Elevate the company’s luxury hospitality, weddings, corporate and private event offerings.
• Identify strategic partnerships, B2B opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Monitor business performance and proactively recommend improvements.
• Benchmark leading international brands and translate relevant trends into commercially viable concepts.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience in luxury hospitality, premium F&B, chocolate/confectionery, luxury retail or high‑end events.
• Strong knowledge of local, GCC and international luxury markets.
• Demonstrated experience in brand development, product innovation and business growth.
• Strong commercial, operational and creative mindset.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑management skills.
• Highly proactive, solution‑oriented and results‑driven.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual – English & Arabic required.
