Business Performance Analyst

About the role

Snoonu, Qatar’s home‑grown Super App, is looking for a Business Performance Analyst to build and maintain the data infrastructure that drives performance visibility and business steering across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real‑time dashboards for cross‑departmental performance monitoring.
• Track initiative implementation, measure outcomes, and ensure a single source of truth for all reporting.
• Create data models for funnel performance, cohort analysis, and revenue tracking.
• Support advanced analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
• Automate reporting processes to improve speed and accuracy of data delivery.
• Maintain data governance standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliable KPI definitions across teams.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a mindset focused on data integrity.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate within a global, agile team.

Required skills

• Proficient SQL.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
