Business Studies Teacher – Doha

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join an Outstanding‑rated British International School in Doha. The successful candidate will initially teach secondary Business Studies and, for experienced applicants, may progress to a Head of Department position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to secondary students following the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
• Prepare and assess coursework, examinations and project work.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning.
• Support the pastoral care and academic progress of students.
• Collaborate with an expatriate teaching team to maintain high educational standards.

Required profile

• Degree and PGCE or QTS obtained in the UK or Ireland.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level in the UK or Ireland.
• Eligibility to work in Qatar.
• Suitable for Early‑Career Teachers wishing to complete induction.
