Business Unit Director – CCTV, Security Systems & ELV Solutions

About the role

The Business Unit Director will lead the CCTV, Security Systems and ELV Solutions division, driving growth, profitability and market expansion across the GCC region. Reporting to Sendian Group Management, you will be responsible for shaping strategy, securing major projects and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the unit’s strategy, growth plans and commercial objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Networking, Security Systems and Technology Solutions.
• Identify and secure new clients, projects, framework agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with government entities, contractors, consultants, developers, facility‑management companies and corporate clients.
• Lead sales, projects, operations, technical services and customer‑support functions.
• Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, profitability and overall business performance.
• Develop new service offerings and explore market opportunities.
• Lead and develop high‑performing commercial and operational teams.
• Report business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Security Systems, CCTV, ELV, ICT infrastructure or related industries.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior management role with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in business development, project acquisition and revenue growth.
• Extensive network within government, semi‑government, construction, consulting and corporate sectors.
• Mandatory experience in the GCC market.
• Strong commercial, leadership, project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
