Cabin Experience Specialist – Business Aviation

About the role

The Cabin Experience Specialist will support Qatar Executive’s premium business‑aviation service by ensuring a seamless, high‑quality onboard experience for our clients. This role combines hospitality expertise with a solid understanding of aviation operations and worldwide culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional cabin service and oversee the presentation of onboard products.
• Coordinate catering and food‑and‑beverage operations in line with global culinary standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while adapting to dynamic operational changes.
• Support 24/7 flight operations through shift‑based roster work.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of business‑aviation services and cabin procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or High School/Vocational/Diploma with at least 5 years in aviation, hospitality, travel, food‑and‑beverage, sales or event planning.
• Proven ability to work under stress, handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of business‑aviation onboard products and worldwide culinary trends.
• Experience in cabin crew, catering, operations, lounges or food‑and‑beverage is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Effective interpersonal, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a shift roster supporting 24/7 operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
