Café & Dining Experience Manager (Arabic Speaker – Female)

About the role

Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Traiteur concept, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest in the hotel’s café, dining area, sushi bar and live Arabic bakery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations across all dining outlets, ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, and maintain smooth guest flow during operating hours.
• Provide expert recommendations on menu items, signature dishes, beverages and seasonal promotions to maximize sales.
• Lead, coach and motivate the front‑of‑house team, conducting daily briefings and identifying training needs.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, ambiance and presentation to uphold premium hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, bakery, sushi and service teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium cafés or fine‑dining concepts, with prior supervisory or managerial front‑of‑house experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Fluency in Arabic (female candidate required).
