About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Call Center Agent to join our healthcare team. In this fast‑paced environment you will coordinate patient appointments, manage inbound and outbound calls, and ensure clear communication between patients and providers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and scheduling.
- Coordinate and confirm medical appointments with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and scheduling updates.
- Provide clear, professional communication regarding appointment details and instructions.
- Support front‑office and administrative coordination as needed.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on missed appointments or schedule changes.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with healthcare protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑center, scheduling, or customer‑service role (healthcare experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (Arabic speakers required).
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with scheduling or CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
- Professional, patient‑oriented attitude.
