Call Centre Agent (IELTS Certified, Qatar University Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Call Centre Agent to deliver high‑quality service through inbound and outbound calls. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and, when necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction levels through effective communication and timely follow‑up.
• Document interactions and update records in the CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity and service‑level metrics.
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Protect customer confidentiality and comply with data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from Qatar University (mandatory).
• Valid IELTS certificate (mandatory).
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer‑service environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Computer literacy and ability to use CRM or internal systems.
