Category Executive – Pharma

About the role

As a Category Executive for Pharma at Snoonu, you will lead the growth and performance of the pharmaceutical product portfolio. You will work closely with suppliers, compliance teams and internal functions to ensure the right products are available, compliant and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the pharma category, managing product selection, availability and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Ensure all products meet licensing and regulatory standards and stay updated on healthcare regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, prevent shortages or excesses, and handle returns, damaged or expired items.
• Optimize product listings for accuracy, visibility and customer engagement, and respond to customer feedback.
• Analyze sales and customer data, produce regular performance reports and use insights to refine strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of promotions, seasonal campaigns and marketing content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in category management, e‑commerce or retail.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
