About the role
Scale AI is looking for a Channel Manager to own and expand its partner ecosystem in Qatar. You will work closely with the Country Lead and the go‑to‑market team to build relationships with system integrators, technology partners, and value‑added resellers that drive AI adoption across government and enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard global and local system integrators, technology partners, and resellers aligned with Scale AI’s mission.
- Generate partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue by co‑creating go‑to‑market motions and accelerating deals.
- Develop joint business plans with key partners, set objectives, and hold partners accountable.
- Design and deliver training, certification, and enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively sell Scale AI solutions.
- Maintain primary ownership of partner relationships at the leadership level, positioning Scale AI as a strategic long‑term partner.
- Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and the Country Lead to align channel activities with the overall market strategy.
- Track, report, and optimize channel performance through pipeline visibility and partner KPI monitoring.
- Represent Scale AI at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence in Qatar.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or enterprise go‑to‑market roles within the technology sector.
- Proven success building and scaling channel ecosystems in the Gulf region, especially Qatar.
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and enterprise software, with the ability to articulate value propositions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage C‑suite and ministry leaders.
- Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing complex partner programs.
