About the role
Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Doha as a Chef De Partie for the Italian Restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality Italian dishes that meet the brand’s exacting standards of consistency, creativity and excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate authentic Italian cuisine for the restaurant’s guests.
- Maintain consistency and high presentation standards for every dish.
- Support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Ensure all food preparation follows hygiene and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development with creative Italian flavours.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine‑dining or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for authentic Italian flavours.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards kitchen.
- Commitment to delivering the level of service expected by Raffles guests.
