Chief Executive Officer – Security Systems & CCTV

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will steer the growth, profitability, and market expansion of the Security Systems, CCTV and ELV Solutions business. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will define strategic direction, build key partnerships and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategy, growth plans and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share in the security technology sector.
• Expand presence across CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Networking, and related technology services.
• Build strategic relationships with government entities, consultants, contractors, developers and major corporate clients.
• Identify and secure large‑scale projects, framework agreements and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee commercial, project, operations, technical services, procurement, finance and support functions.
• Monitor performance, budgets, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing management team aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record in security systems, CCTV, ELV or related technology solutions.
• Strong network within government, contractors, consultants and corporate sectors in the GCC.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
