Chief Shared Services Officer

About the role

The Chief Shared Services Officer will shape and execute the shared services strategy for a leading real‑estate and mixed‑use development group in Qatar. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the role ensures that functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Administration and Corporate Services operate as a strategic partner to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and optimise all shared services functions across the organisation.
• Define service standards, governance frameworks and cost‑optimisation targets.
• Lead automation and continuous‑process‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee ERP implementation and integration across finance, procurement and HR systems.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain high internal‑customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on shared‑services performance.

Required profile

• Extensive executive leadership experience in overseeing shared services for large, diversified organisations.
• Proven track record in operational excellence, process transformation and governance.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver enterprise‑wide improvements.
• Experience leading multi‑functional corporate support teams, preferably within the GCC.
