Civil Foreman

About the role

The Civil Foreman will lead and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site, ensuring that all works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil works including blockwork, concrete works, plastering, tiling, waterproofing and external works.
• Organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors to maintain efficient progress.
• Review and execute tasks according to approved drawings, method statements and technical specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure completed works meet required quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, site engineers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and manage multiple site activities.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and workforce‑management skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and timely project delivery.
