Classical Ballet Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Classical Ballet Instructor to join our dance academy and deliver high‑quality ballet education to students of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with our team to uphold the BTDA syllabus and foster artistic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Teach classical ballet techniques, posture, alignment, flexibility, and coordination.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the BTDA syllabus.
• Train students for performances, recitals, and dance examinations.
• Provide individualized feedback to support technical and artistic development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Dance, preferably with a ballet specialization.
• Strong background in classical ballet; knowledge of contemporary dance is a plus.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience with children and adults in group and private settings.
• Excellent English communication skills and a positive, encouraging teaching approach.
• Genuine passion for dance education and performance.
