Cloud Solution Architect – Enterprise Data Center & Cloud Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT / Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise‑level data‑center, cloud and ICT solutions for B2B customers in Doha. The role works closely with sales, technical teams and technology partners to create scalable, secure and cost‑effective architectures across public, private and hybrid cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical pre‑sales expert, translating customer business requirements into effective ICT and cloud solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures covering data centres, public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop High‑Level Designs (HLD), Low‑Level Designs (LLD), technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Lead cloud migration assessments, transformation road‑maps and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
• Design solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware and private‑cloud technologies.
• Provide expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, security, storage, backup and connectivity.
• Support large‑scale bids, solution costing and technical presentations for customers.
• Collaborate with technology partners and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a service‑provider or enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Google Professional Cloud Architect.

• Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS), including networking, migration, security and infrastructure services.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
• VMware and private‑cloud technologies.
• Data‑center design, hosting, backup, disaster‑recovery and connectivity solutions.
• Cloud migration strategies and hybrid‑cloud architecture.
