About the role
As a Cluster Chief Accountant you will support the financial strategy and operations across multiple hotels, ensuring profitability, compliance and high‑quality financial reporting while contributing to the guest experience through sound financial management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in directing financial operations to align with strategic goals and optimise profitability.
- Review financial performance, reconcile accounts and prepare recommendations for hotel leadership and ownership.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit and Night Audit functions, ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies.
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, ensuring accurate cash receipt coding and supporting internal audits.
- Review and authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise, coach and mentor the accounting team, conduct performance evaluations and promote professional development.
