Cluster General Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking a dynamic and visionary Cluster General Manager to lead the Ibis & Adagio hotels in Doha. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance overall performance.
• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team across rooms, food & beverage, sales & marketing, and finance.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control measures.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing, business development, and revenue‑management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and company policies while maintaining quality‑assurance programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong track record in strategic planning, financial management, and project leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Qatar.
